It’s Already Promised!!

I know what fear and uncertainity feels like. There can be such an apprehension that maybe others will not understand me or what if they don't like it? For years this crippled me and kept me from moving forward with things that I knew God was calling my hands to do. I did not know who or who's I was, but now I do.

I'm so glad that God is a loving God and that he's not like man. We do expect to receive accolades or rewards when a project is just being birth or even at ideation, but we can see in Haggai 2:19 NLT that it pleases God to see the start. I am giving you a promise now while the seed is still in the barn. You have not yet harvested your grain, and your grapevines, fig trees, pomegranates, and olive trees have not yet produced their crops. But from this day onward I will bless you.” 

From this day onward I will bless you! What a magnificent reassurance of a sovereign God and love for us. Let us take courage that our God is not going to wait until the work is done before he will bless us. Yes, before  the harvest even comes, before we see full manifestation of the work, before the that thing is even produced; there is a promise to us, and it starts at the foundation.

 This passage of scripture speaks to encourage us that we have God's seal of approval at our immediate obedience to his word. The Bible declares, if we be willing and obedient, we shall eat the good of the land! Isaiah 1:19. As a gentle reminder let us not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin, to see the plumb line in Zerubbabel’s hand. Zechariah 4;10 NLT.

I would ask the question; is there a prompting to start it, write the plans, to begin? Let this be a word of confirmation that God says go for it! Yes you, start it,. Now is the time to see God’s hand move in it for the promise of God are yes and Amen.
